ENAUSYS provides to its customers E.P.C. projects – Engineering Procurement Construction). In other words, we do not only write the studies of a project, but we undertake the whole project, from the initial idea to the final implementation.
E/M (electromechanical) equipment in buildings, such as lighting, cooling – heating – ventilation systems, security systems, multimedia systems etc. are normally controlled separately. As a result, their control has great difficulties, especially in large buildings, and operating costs significantly increase.
With a Building Management System (BMS), it is possible to control all the above via a central system. Consequently, E/M installations are much easier controlled and interact with each other. The final result is saving money daily, a unique experience of building’s operation, as well as a strong sense of safety. (See B.M.S.)
All existing buildings have significantly high energy losses, due to various construction problems and failures of the electromechanical installations. In order to reduce operating costs, we identify these problems and face them in the most appropriate way.
At the beginning of each project, we write a feasibility study, which determines the annual profit. This profit depends on the proposed interventions.
The required capital, for the implementation of the proposed interventions, depends on two things: a) significance of the identified problems, and b) customer’s financial capabilities and requirements. Studying each case individually, we propose the appropriate solutions to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
