Electrical Design

All modern building installations have increased needs and requirements regarding their electrical systems. Especially in commercial spaces, the total amount of cables and trays that need to run throughout the entire building is particularly large, including cables for power supply, UPS supply, Ethernet wiring, fire detection, cameras, etc.

All modern building installations have increased needs and requirements regarding their electrical systems. ENAUSYS has specialized electrical and mechanical engineers and is the appropriate partner for the development of electrical and mechanical studies. Using appropriate software from Greek and foreign companies, we accurately design all the electrical and mechanical systems of a residential or industrial building.

In the electrical sector, we undertake the development of the following:

  • Electrical system design
  • IT design (Information Technology)
  • Step Up Substation
  • Building automation study (BMS, KNX, DALI, etc.)
  • Photovoltaic System Design

Additionally, ENAUSYS has the appropriate equipment and experience to undertake the certification of electrical installations according to ELOT HD384 and ELOT 60364.

Preliminary or detailed design?

A common problem faced by several architectural firms and construction companies is that the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) studies prepared during the building permit stage either have significant deficiencies or report things that are not implemented. Therefore, during the construction stage, aesthetic problems arise, extra costs are incurred, and continuous revisions of the studies are required, resulting in an overall delay in the project.

Our continuous involvement in construction has led us to produce fully applicable MEP designs. Depending on the requirements, the final outputs are either high-precision 2-D or 3-D using BIM technology. All studies are based on compliance with modern Greek and European regulations, as well as technical specifications and requirements, to ensure the design of reliable and safe installations.
