ENAUSYS undertakes all procedures for issuing the Electronic Identity of a building. The electronic identity of a building is an electronic folder that captures and monitors the urban planning status of a building or property (e.g., horizontal ownership – apartment). It gathers all the urban planning history, such as the original permit and studies, any regularization of unauthorized construction, as well as the energy certificate. A prerequisite for issuing the electronic identity certificate is the legality of the existing status. The electronic identity certificate is now necessary for any contractual transaction, such as buying and selling, parental provision, etc., as well as for participation in subsidized programs.
